Wig Cap
**I chose not to use a wig cap, instead I sewed his hair in strand by strand, and poofy bangs on top of it**

Rnd 8: SC in next 6 sts, 2 SC in next st, repeat around (40 SC)
Rnd 9: DC around (40 DC)
Leave a long tail at the end for sewing onto the head. Thread hair through the cap to make the hair, and style as you wish! I folded a piece in half, and knotted it to the inside of the cap, and thread it through the cap to the outside, that way you don't see any knots!

Rnd 12: SC in next SC in next 7 sts, In Peach, SC in next 4 sts, In White, SC in next 7 sts (18 SC) Fasten off. I would use a peach yarn for attaching to the head so you do not have to leave a long strand if you do not wish.

Collar: In white, (SC, HDC, SC) in front loop of the first white stitch next to the peach skin, (one side of his collar), SC in the front loops of the next 12 sts, (SC, HDC, SC) in the front loop of the last white stitch before peach. Fasten off and hide tails.

Fasten off and leave a long enough tail to attach to your body.
Go back to the beginning of row 6, In White, SC around using the front loops you left open, this will create the Prince's sleeves. Fasten off and hide your tails!

Legs (make 2) - May have to shorten the legs if using a thicker yarn

Go back to the beginning of row 6, In Blue SC around using the front loops you left open, make 2 rows, this will create Prince's pant cuffs. Fasten off and hide your tails!
