Looking for the Hovernyan Pattern? http://mnopxs2.blogspot.com/2016/10/crochet-hovernyan-from-yo-kai-watch-2.html
I am desperately looking for a pattern for Dimmy. If you are able to provide one or know of how to get one I'd be extremely grateful. Whisper and Jibanyan are fantastic by the way.

DeleteLet me know if it turned out okay and if you need any help with it (since I was the only one to test it)
That is fantastic!!! You're ability to create patterns is freaking amazing! I'm so straight on this. I'll let you know how I go. Again, cudos. That is soooooo way much better than what I would've come up with.
DeleteI cannot seem to find one online! I wonder if he would be taller or shorter than these guys if I made one. What do you think?
ReplyDeleteI'm really not sure. I think I'm going to have to hunt down the episode he features in for comparison. I did have a brilliant idea (I think so anyway!), he very much resembles a carrot in shape so I thought I would find a pattern of that and add the arms and little bottom wiggle from your Whisper pattern.
DeleteThat is super brilliant! I sketched out a Dimmy pattern at work on Saturday, but I haven't sat down to crochet yet.
DeleteOn closer inspection I think that instead of adding the tail from Whisper that I need to cut the carrot pattern a few rows short and attach to a flat puddle shaped bottom. By the sounds of it your creation will definitely by finished way before mine (my crocheting discipline is not as good as my intentions) but I would be extremely interested to see yours when complete. Will you be posting the pattern?

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for posting these patterns. My little nephew who is turning 6 tomorrow is having a Yo-Kai Watch themed party. I cant wait to see him open my present with a homemade Jibanyan and Whisper. Again... thank you!!! These were fun to make and easy patterns to follow.. except Round 6 of Whispers tail. For some reason the wording kept confusing me, but I'm easily confused so, that's nothing new. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the feedback. I see that I did write that wrong. Thank you so much for letting me know. I love feedback, especially because I didn't have anyone test the patterns, I just posted them. I would love to see how yours turned out.
DeleteI am so glad to hear of more Yo-Kai fans! I don't know any in real life, my son is absolutely obsessed!
DeleteI can't wait to start hooking these up for my small ones... They're yokai obsessed too!!! Thank you so much ;) xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteI would love to see how they turn out! My son has really loved on his toys! Thanks so much for visiting my blog! :)

ReplyDeleteI know it's been a while since you have created these; however, I was wondering if you had any interest in creating Shogunyan??
